I love to cook. I don't have a beautiful kitchen, a KitchenAid, or a DSLR, but I do my best! My favorite foods are pasta, pizza, and barbecue. I also enjoy visiting all the new (and old) restaurants in Nashville.

Polenta.

It's a thing that is healthier than pasta. Except when topped with Italian sausage ragu and Parmesan cheese.
